An introduction to One Meal a Day

This is a fairly radical diet, so maybe I should start off with with a disclaimer: No, I'm not a nutritionist, doctor, or anyone fit to give dietary advice. Do not take any advice from this blog. None at all.

But I'm not writing this blog to give dietary advice, anyway.

Why am I writing it then? Well, partly for selfish reasons - I'm trying to improve my writing skills - but also let anyone interested know how this diet went for me. What I'm aiming to have here is a collection of all my thoughts and experiences as I follow this diet, and maybe some interesting links and resources as well.

The diet itself is fairly simple: I eat one large dinner at midday and consume nothing else for the next 24 hours except water. (I might occasionally have a small supper in the evenings, but I don't know. I'll see how I go.)

If you think you may be interested in what I'm doing, please subscribe, and please don't hesitate to share any posts you like with your friends. There should be links for both those things somewhere on the page. For my part, I'll make sure I update this blog regularly (as in once or twice a week) and try to respond to any comments you leave for me.

Thanks for reading, and I hope you stick around!
